Self Pick-Up Rates
Standard Fee: Free
Location: No. 3, Spg 502-57-8, Jln Gadong, Kg Beribi BE1118, BSB, Negara Brunei Darussalam
- Sellers that offer this option will be responsible for delivering the items to our pick up location, once there is an order.
- Sellers reserve the rights to not offer their items for this option.
- Self Pick-up option will not be available for items longer than 2 meters or items that require XL Delivery.
- Flip Marketplace reserves the rights to disable pick up options for items that do not fall under our terms and conditions.
- Self Pick-Up location operating hours: Monday to Saturday (10am - 6pm)
Flip Delivery Rates
Standard Fee within 25 km: BND 5.00
If the distance exceeds, an additional rate of BND 1.00 per 6 km will be charged.
- Our Flip Runners are available nationwide!
- We will verify your items and ensure that you are getting what you paid for.
- The delivery fee will depend on where the seller is based and where you want it to be delivered. After check out, our Flip Operator will text you the delivery fee. Here, you may choose to proceed with the order or not.
- If your cart contains items from more than 1 different seller or locations, the delivery fee will be determined by the total distance travelled in a single order.

- Items longer than 2 meters will only be available for Flip XL Delivery.
- Our Flip XL Runners are available nationwide!
- XL items purchased on Flip Marketplace can only be paid with Bank Transfer, and the delivery fee has to be paid in cash to the delivery driver.
- The delivery fee will depend on where the seller is based and where you want it to be delivered. After check out, our Flip Operator will text you the delivery fee. Here, you may choose to proceed with the order or not.
- We will help to verify your items and ensure that you are getting what you paid for.
