When can I expect to receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you can set your preferred date & time of delivery with the Flip Operator assigned to your order.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours either through text or email depending on the contact detail that you provided at check out. Please note that order confirmations sent through email may be marked as spam, so kindly check your spam folder from time to time.

Do I need to be a registered business to sell on Flip Marketplace?

You do not need to be a registered business to sell on Flip Marketplace.

Is there a self-pick up option?

Self Pick-up option is now available at our location in Kg Beribi. You can find more details on our collection methods here.

What are the delivery rates if I order from multiple stores?

The delivery fee will depend on the total Km travelled by our Flip Runner in a single order. Please check where the items will be delivered from in the product description.

If I want to know more information about a product, how can I contact the seller?

Flip will not share any personal information between sellers and customers.You can contact us and we'd be happy to ask the seller for you!

Why did my listing get disapproved?
